

Biography:

Kalei (Sarah)
Author of the Devotional Food for thought and upcoming children’s author. Born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana pursuing a Gospel/Jazz singing and Public Speaker career. She is now starting a music program hoping to eventually set aside part time music ministry. Where kids and adults can grow and grow through writing and playing music.
Growing up in a musical family she learned to appreciate music at a young age. She has been singing ever since she can remember and has taken voice lessons for 17 years; 3 of which consist of classical training and 1 year of Jazz. She was brought up on musicals, performances at the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, and began mimicking Charlotte Church in elementary school.

In December 2012 she was blessed to be an extra at St. Elmo's Steak House in S5E10 of the TV Series Parks and Recreation.
​
In July 2015 she was privileged to be asked to sing Opera and Broadway with Opera Maya around different parts of Mexico under the direction of Mary Grogan for 2 weeks.
​
Upon graduation she was blessed to teach a voice, beginner guitar, and Ghana drumming in Zambia with her college, Indiana Wesleyan, through EMIZ for 2 weeks in June 2017 where she found her calling.

She was the lead singers for the Bigger is Better band,
Christian rock band Risen and Eyes of Flame. She is now focused on teaching music, helping her husband with his sound company, and singing and writhing music with him.
